Chris Smith received a B.S. in medical technology from Tuskegee University and a Master of Public Health in behavioral science and health education from Saint Louis University. Chris has worked for the National Cancer Institute Cancer Information Service, the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC), and for the Michigan Department of Health & Human Services Division of Immunization management team as a CDC public health advisor. Kim Cullers graduated from Capital University with a bachelor's degree in nursing in 1988. She went on to work as an emergency room nurse at Knox Community Hospital, received a Master of Science in nursing from Otterbein University in 2000 and became a certified family nurse practitioner in 2002. She accepted the position of director of health services at Kenyon in 2009.

Karen graduated from The Ohio State University with a bachelor's degree in nursing in 1982. After graduation, she worked in the NICU at Sutter Memorial Hospital in the Sacramento area. Returning to Ohio, Karen worked in public health and school settings until she obtained a master's degree in nursing from The Ohio State University in 2004. Amy has been a registered nurse for 20+ years and formerly worked as a job coach and employment advisor for people with disabilities. In her younger days she was also a 911 dispatcher. Jill Parak is a family nurse practitioner who works in college health and family practice. Her previous experience is in emergency medicine as a staff nurse and a nurse practitioner. After completing a master’s program clinical rotation at Kenyon, she is pleased to continue caring for young adults. She enjoys health promotion and treating acute illnesses. She completed a Bachelor of Science in nursing in 2002 at Wayne State University and a master's degree with family practice nurse practitioner certification in 2007 at The Ohio State University. Michael Durham received a BSSW from Bowling Green, Ohio, in 1990 and has an independent license to practice in the state of Ohio. He has over 29 years in the field of substance abuse counseling and counseling youth, adults and families. He has been clinical manager of both inpatient and outpatient facilities. Marc Clemente, M.D., is a Kenyon alum from the Class of 1975. He received his M.D. from the Northeast Ohio Medical University. Marc completed a psychiatric residency from the University of Cincinnati Medical Center and a fellowship in oncopsychiatry from Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. Marc has held board certification since 1987 with the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Presently, Marc is the chief of behavioral health at the Central Ohio VA. Marc has been providing psychiatric care for Kenyon students since 2008.

Sarah D. Gabric received a B.A. in psychology from Vermont College in 1998 and an M.A. in counseling/psychology from Union University in 2004. She is independently licensed in the State of Ohio and has been working at Kenyon for the past 10 years. Sarah serves as a counseling supervisor and co-facilitates the Sexual Misconduct Advisors. Nikki is a graduate from The Ohio State University (Go Bucks) and a resident of Gambier. Nikki has 25 years of clinical experience providing therapy and support for life circumstances and mental health diagnosis. She has worked in hospital, private practice and college settings. Nikki enjoys her work with individuals, couples, families and group modalities. Nikki co-leads Kenyon's Sexual Misconduct Advisors and is well versed in Title IX. Libby Ladrach received a bachelor's degree from Capital University where she studied art therapy and studio art. Libby received a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling from Walsh University and is a licensed professional counselor. She utilizes solution-focused therapy but recognizes the importance of allowing students to define their starting point. A former collegiate athlete, she possess a lens into what it is like to find balance with mind, body, sport, and she holds weekly office hours at the Kenyon Athletic Center. Lindsay Miller, M.S., LPCC-S earned her B.S. degree in neuroscience and psychology at Allegheny College, and M.S. degree in counseling psychology at Chatham University in Pittsburgh. She is independently licensed and has served in both a private practice setting and residential treatment facility for adolescents. Peter Oduwole received his Bachelor of Science in psychology from the University of Dayton in 2014. He completed his master's in clinical mental health counseling and received his professional license in 2017. Peter has experience in dual diagnosis as well as student affairs. His multifaceted approach is to provide a comprehensive, therapeutic experience to facilitate healing and focus on a healthy well-being.
