Faculty and staff are periodically invited to participate in surveys regarding their opinions about and experiences at Kenyon. The results of these surveys are available below.
The Faculty Survey of Student Engagement (FSSE) was designed to complement the National Survey of Student Engagement (NSSE), which is administered to undergraduate students. Kenyon administers the FSSE every three years. This instructional staff version (for faculty, instructors, and graduate students who teach) focuses on:
- Instructional staff perceptions of how often students engage in different activities.
- The importance instructional staff place on various areas of learning and development.
- The nature and frequency of instructional staff-student interactions.
- How instructional staff organize their time, both in and out of the classroom.
The COACHE survey of faculty is conducted by the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Until 2011-12 school year, the survey focused exclusively on tenure-track faculty. Beginning with the 2011-12 school year, the survey went to both tenured and tenure-track faculty. Kenyon's faculty generally participate in this survey every three years.

The HERI (Higher Education Research Institute) conducts many surveys of higher education organizations. Kenyon faculty have participated in the HERI Faculty survey every three years beginning with the 2004-05 school year. Results for years in which Kenyon participated are available below.
The Measuring Information Services Outcomes (MISO) survey originated in 2005 to measure interest in and satisfaction with the services offered by merged information service organizations at colleges and universities. Unlike more traditionally structured organizations, merged information service organizations combine the management of technology and computing services and library services. As such, these organizations offer many and varied services.

Kenyon deployed a survey to all non-faculty employees to gauge satisfaction around annual evaluations and other workplace climate issues. Many questions were adapted from staff surveys in 1999 and 2009.
The Staff and Faculty Campus Climate and Sexual Assault survey was designed as a complementary survey to the student directed HEDS Campus Climate and Sexual Assault Survey. This survey is focused on the campus environment in regard to faculty and staff including the general climate and specific incidents of sexual harassment or misconduct.
Staff and faculty were asked to evaluate the online Title IX training program implemented in the fall of 2016. This evaluation went out in December 2016.
In September 2017, faculty and staff members were asked for feedback about Kenyon's health insurance plan. The results below are the summary responses from the respondents who answered that they were primarily insured through Kenyon's health insurance.
