Enrollment for the 2018-19 academic year is open. Please note these important changes.
Some parents prefer to pay tuition and other fees in equal monthly installments during the year. The College offers this convenience through an 8-month tuition payment plan administered by Cashnet (formerly Higher One).
The College does not have an internally administered partial-payment plan. The tuition payment plan allows you to pay College fees in eight (8) equal convenient monthly payments which commence on July 1. The cost of the plan is $55.00 annually. Enroll at www.commerce.cashnet.com/paymentportal.
If you have enrolled in the tuition payment eight-month plan, 50 percent of your contract will be credited towards first semester fees and 50 percent towards second semester fees. Even though the College credits the entire semester contract amount directly to the student's account, Kenyon only receives money from Cashnet as they receive payments from their clients. As a result, contracts must be kept current. All contracts, regardless of the date of enrollment, must be paid in full by February 1 of each academic year. Contracts that are delinquent by two payments will be terminated by Cashnet, with late fees added to the balance due. Terminated accounts will also be assessed a one and a half percent late payment penalty by the College, with the balance of the contract due immediately.
