From the Main Menu, click on "Faculty and Advisors" then choose "Office Hours" (the last item on the list).
Next, "Select Term," by clicking on the drop-down box arrow and choose "Fall 2018". This term will be highlighted in the box. Click "Submit."
Then, "Select a CRN" by clicking on the drop-down box arrow and select one of your courses listed. You only need to add office hours for one of your courses; the rest will update automatically. Click "Submit."
Scroll down to enter office hours; Use military time for the "from" and "to" times — 0800=8 am, 1300=1 pm; Do Not use colons. Indicate the days of your office hours — check mark the box under the days of the week. You must enter official beginning and ending term dates — from08/30/2018 to 12/21/2018. These specific dates are required.
DO NOT enter a location or phone number; these already appear in the campus directory. DO NOT copy your office hours to any additional classes or check the "Display" box. This is unnecessary.
Your office hours will be accessible in the campus directory on August 31, 2018.
